Return Policy for Original Watercolor Paintings

Thank you for your purchase! We take great pride in creating and carefully packaging each of our original watercolor paintings. As these are one-of-a-kind pieces of art, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on original paintings. Please read our policy below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience:

  1. No Returns on Original Paintings
    Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for original watercolor paintings once the order has been processed and shipped.

  2. Damage During Shipping
    We take every precaution to ensure your artwork arrives safely. If your painting is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately (within 3 business days of receiving the item). We will require photographic evidence of the damage to initiate a claim and work with you to find an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or partial refund (if applicable).

  3. Cancellation Policy
    You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, due to the time and effort invested in packaging and shipping, cancellations are not accepted.

  4. Exchanges
    We do not offer exchanges on original paintings. Please be sure to review the artwork, including dimensions and photos, carefully before making your purchase.

  5. Custom or Commissioned Works
    For custom or commissioned watercolor paintings, we do not offer refunds or returns once the work has been approved by the buyer.
